Born in 2011 thanks to Indonesia’s Ministry of Cooperatives, this group has grown into a 1,400-member stronghold of farmers, dreamers, and doers. Their secret? A bold combo of transparency, sustainability, and straight-up delicious coffee.

They go all-in on ethical farming and fair prices, building rock-solid relationships from bean to brew. But they don’t stop there. Mandiri invests in their community—think housing, education, and hands-on support that lifts everyone up. They're also big fans of nerding out over compost (yes, really), sharing their know-how on organic fertilizers and smarter farming practices to keep things green and growing.
