Rise and grind with the incredible women of Kungahara! Nestled in Rwanda’s lush Western Province, this crew of coffee queens is rewriting the rules of the bean game. Their secret weapon? Energy, innovation, and just the right amount of rebellious spirit. Led by the unstoppable Angelique Tuyisenge, these farmers aren’t just growing coffee—they’re growing a movement.
It all kicked up a notch in 2017 when a Korean non-profit called Beautiful Coffee stepped in, helping with infrastructure, quality training, and marketing magic. They even sent Angelique to a major coffee trade show in Seoul, where she proudly put Kungahara on the global map.
With over 200 women tending their tiny-but-mighty farms (less than half a hectare each!), they gather in “farmer field schools” to swap tips, master new techniques, and keep their coffee skills razor-sharp.
A day in the life? Mornings in the fields, midday cooking up family feasts, afternoons at the market or handling a million other things—because these women do it all. And lucky for us, all that hard work results in a coffee that’s as bold, bright, and full of life as they are.
So go ahead—sip, savor, and celebrate the unstoppable spirit of Kungahara!

Volcafe PNG stands as the sole exporter in Papua New Guinea with its very own coffee wet mill. Acquired in 1995, the Lahamenegu wet mill in the Eastern Highlands has undergone a complete upgrade, featuring state-of-the-art machinery to elevate the quality control of PNG cherries to new heights. Unlike most smallholders who handle the washing and processing of their coffee before bringing parchment to the market, Volcafe PNG possesses the unique ability to purchase cherry directly and ensure consistent processing.
The mill's operations cater to smallholder farms within a 30-kilometer radius, receiving freshly harvested cherries on a daily basis. Apart from transforming local farmers' mindsets to treat coffee farming as a commercial enterprise, Volcafe PNG has also placed significant emphasis on establishing traceability programs and creating detailed farmer profiles for the PNG green coffee it procures.
What adds to the excitement is that private ownership of the wet mill empowers Volcafe PNG to experiment with alternative processing methods. One such example is the production of natural PNG green coffee, a rarity due to the time and space constraints in other wet mills for the drying process. However, Volcafe PNG addresses this limitation by selectively sourcing cherries from farmers within the wet mill's registered supply chain and dedicating up to four weeks of drying time on raised beds to process the cherries.
The outcome of this thorough sourcing and processing is an exquisite batch of Natural PNG green coffee, boasting a flavor profile as distinct as its remarkable production journey. Nestled in the Eastern Highlands, the region flourishes with fertile, loamy volcanic soil, nurturing coffee plants grown at an impressive altitude of 1550 meters above sea level, sprawling across a vast expanse of approximately 600 hectares of land.
This lot of AX natural PNG coffee is light-bodied and bright, featuring juicy notes of raspberries, melon, and cola for a dominantly fruit-forward cup profile rarely found in most PNG coffees.

What better way to welcome season change than with a cup of bright and juicy Ethiopian Wush Wush? Named after the variety's town of origin, this truly unique coffee has been fermented and carefully picked through for over 120 hours then dried on raised beds for 15 days. The result is a final cup serving strongly developed fruity flavors of strawberry and watermelon with a juicy body that has us reminiscing of younger years spent chewing bubblegum and daydreaming in class.
An added bonus: this coffee is produced and exported by Israel Degfa, owner of Kerchanshe Trading, where 10% of the company's annual profits are reinvested back into the community through developing educational spaces and providing clean water.

case stud·y
ˈkā(s) ˌstədē/
noun: case study; plural noun: case studies; modifier noun: case-study
1. a process or record of research in which detailed consideration is given to the development of a particular person, group, or situation over a period of time.
Its name born out of a play on words (the “Case Study” program was an avant-garde yet playful mid-century modern experiment dealing with the architecture of a modern house), as well as a tongue-in-cheek nod to our propensity for noodling around with perfecting our blends, Case Study House Blend is the ultimate in carefully constructed house blends: a three-bean mélange that proposes a combined expression of our favorite characteristics from each of the three primary coffee growing regions of the world.
A house blend intended to evolve from time to time with seasonal changes , our Case Study House Blend is everything we ever want in a house coffee: mellow, medium and crowd-pleasing, but with a small twist just so to make it memorable and leave an indelible impression.

At New Order we spend a silly amount of time perfecting our in-house roasts, but if your spirit is as rebellious as ours, we can guide you through the personalization of your beans at five different roast levels. Go ahead. Make it your own. It’s a new day. It’s a new order.
Choose which bean you would like custom roasted, then choose the roast level. We will then roast your desired coffee at the desired roast level in a custom bag.
Whether you’re throwing it back straight up, with a sliver of steamed milk, or over top of some ice cream - hello affogato’s, we love you - our Everyday Espresso blend is guaranteed to be the most dependable, bold, and balanced go-to. Built with beans from each of the three primary growing regions that have been carefully combined then deeply roasted to perfection, you’ll pick up on final flavor notes of peanut, chocolate, and spiced rum (yum).
Pairs well with chocolate croissants and slow mornings.

Decaf coffees communicate a lot about a coffee company. Oftentimes counting for about 1% of many cafés’ coffee business, decaf offerings can be little more than a perfunctory effort. We think, though, if you’re going sell it, you’d better be able to get behind it. Even if it’s not your cup of coffee. That is to say: we’ve got your backs, decaf drinkers of the world.
Decaf can conjure up an unpleasant flavor for some people. This is often due to junky beans or flavors left behind by the decaffeination process. But we believe that a really good decaf shouldn’t taste much different than it tasted before it became decaf. The characteristics of that coffee should survive the decaffeination process.
This coffee was decaffeinated using the Sugarcane Process. The process uses ethyl acetate an organic compound found in sugarcane to remove 97% of the caffeine from coffee beans. The process tends to leave a pleasant, sweet flavor.

ABOUT OUR COFFEE PODS:
If you love the convenience of K-Cup pods but think that the coffee in them could be better, you’re not alone. Most K-Cups are full of coffee that was roasted, ground and packed months, if not years before you brew them. The next time you’re in your grocery store, turn a box of them over. Most of them will tell you they are good for well over a year from when you’re holding it. This is wrong. This is gross.
Like dairy, bread, and produce, roasted coffee is perishable. The longer coffee sits after it is roasted, the less flavor you taste in your cup. At New Order, we never sell coffee that was roasted more than 14 days ago, and we’ve applied this same principle to our New Order K-Cup Pods. The solution? Our same amazing coffees are now available small-batch roasted and packed in recyclable K-Cup pods to-order, and shipped to your home immediately.
It’s a new day. It’s a new order in K-Cup brewing.
*compatible with most Keurig K-Cup brewers.
New Order Brazil K-Cup Coffee Pod is a single origin expression characterized by a bold, smooth nuttiness.

New Order Like A Virgin - Decaf K-Cup Coffee Pod is probably the best decaffeinated cup of coffee you will ever get out of your single serve coffee brewer. Expertly medium-light roasted, this cup is characterized by a chocolately smoothness with hints of toasted nut.
Decaffeinated by Sugarcane Processing, a method of caffeine removal using ethyl acetate (an organic compound in sugar cane), this process removes 97% of the caffeine while preserving the flavor integrity of the bean, all without exposure to typical decaffeinating chemicals. Barely touched for the very first time before it hits your lips!
