Donation Request

Thank you for thinking of New Order Coffee Roasters as a possible donation for your cause. Our goal here at New Order is to delight and energize you. That philosophy is not only a principle in our cafes and offices, but one that we want to extend into the deeper communities in which we operate. We love partnering with and supporting organizations that help us to achieve this, and who share with us in our values and goals.

We regularly receive many requests for donations, events and programs. As proud members of the Detroit business community, we are delighted to help give back, but due to the volume of requests we receive, we have a few guidelines to help us manage them.

 

DONATION GUIDELINES

· Only one request may be submitted per calendar year per organization.

· The farther out you ask us, the better. Please allow a minimum of four weeks between your request and your event.

· All requests are handled through our corporate office and must be submitted electronically. Please do not leave materials for consideration at our cafes.

· Your organization MUST be classified as IRS 501(C)(3) Tax-Exempt Non-profit

· Organizations must be able to submit a W9
